John Desrosier
John Desrosier co-founded Desrosier Capital Partners (“DCP”) in 2021 and is a Partner with the firm. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing and executing post-closing growth, operational, and add-on acquisition strategies.
Prior to co-founding DCP, John was the founder and President of Desrosier & Company, a private investment firm established in 1992 to invest in middle market companies across the niche manufacturing, business services and IT services industries. Before founding Desrosier & Company, John was Executive Vice President of Dean Witter Capital Corp. (principal investments) and Managing Director and Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Dean Witter Inc. Prior to joining Dean Witter, John was Chief Executive Officer of E.F. Hutton LBO Inc. and Senior Vice President and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at E.F. Hutton & Co.
He received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.

Peter Desrosier
Peter Desrosier co-founded Desrosier Capital Partners (“DCP”) in 2021 and is a Partner with the firm. He is responsible for all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing and executing post-closing growth, operational, and add-on acquisition strategies.
Prior to co-founding DCP, Peter was a Vice President at Dominus Capital, a lower middle market private equity firm focused primarily on founder and family-owned businesses in the niche industrial, business services, and consumer sectors. Peter began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked on a broad range of advisory assignments across various industries.
He received a B.S. in Finance from Wake Forest University.
